Though my husband's work we got the unique opportunity to relocate here to the Gulf Shores!

I am excited to have found the lovely town of Fairhope.I came here 5 months pregnant with our second child and have enjoyed the Southern Hospitality!!

However, I realized immediately two things; One as much as I love being home with my children, I missed doing hair, and Two, I knew through my moms groups I had joined, that there had to be a need for women, with kids, to get their hair done and have their kids be welcome too!  

So I am proud to have expanded my salon business to the South! After 20 years, it's a hard passion to give up!!  

Hair By Tara ~South is a "Down Home" operationor more like "In Home" 

I have a quaint little salon, shampoo bowl and all, in my home.  

 Your children are welcome and as a bonus(optional) I have childcare available(in my home, upon request) for a small additional fee.

 That way you can actually enjoy getting your hair done and know your kids are with you and safe (and less expensive than getting your own sitter) 

I offer all the latest magazines, refreshments, and I really love doing hair, so, it makes me confident that you will love what I can create for you!
